Terms of Use for the Communicable Diseases Agency (CDA) Corporate Website
1. Thank you for visiting the corporate website of the Communicable Diseases Agency (“Agency”). Access to any page within the “www.cda.gov.sg” domain (henceforth known as "Web Site") is governed by these terms and conditions of use (“Terms of Use”). Your access and use of this Web Site constitutes your acceptance and agreement to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not consent to be bound by these Terms of Use, please discontinue your access and do not use this Web Site.
2. This Web Site is maintained by and belongs to the Agency.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
