Programme for Research in Epidemic Preparedness and REsponse
The Programme for Research in Epidemic Preparedness and REsponse (PREPARE) is a national programme set up by the Ministry of Health to enhance national capabilities in responding to major national infectious diseases oubreaks and future pandemics.
Objective of PREPARE:
To support and strengthen essential research capabilities, translational platforms, and expertise to develop tools, methods and products to detect, respond to, and contain future ID threats.

PrepVax
PrepVax is a national programme established by the Ministry of Health to organise vaccine development capabilities across Singapore's public and private institutions. These close collaborations will be sustained to ensure availability when needed during a local outbreak or pandemic.
Objective of PrepVax:
To advance Singapore’s vaccine development capabilities and build up response-ready vaccine resilience.
